newbie lost need help

hi all first of all thanks for having me here.

now to my problem.
ive got an openbox x5 everything was fine and dandy yesterday but
today all channels not working (scrambled)
is there anything i can do to fix this problem?
i am new to this so bare with me .

If everything was working yesterday and if only the free to air channels are working today ie BBC 1, ITV and C4 then it sounds like either an internet or provider problem.

Try rebooting your router and sat box, if still no good then ask your provider if there`s a problem at his end.

Can`t really say much more due to the forum rules on this subject.
