Openbox V8S how to auto update EPG?

How do I get the EPG to auto update for the next 7 days?

    Thanks

Auto update works when you put the box into standby, however, if you switch the power off then this causes the box to lose the auto update setting, which has to be reset in the EPG settings to get it to work again.

    Hope that makes sense

      Ah, that makes sense.

Is the EPG JUST for freeview or the sky channels too?

I don't like leaving my media system in standby overnight. So for me every couple of days or when the epg info runs out I either manual update or reset the auto update put the box into standby and go walk the dog.

Aye, I'd rather not leave it in standby too

If it's easy to do I don't mind doing it each week
