Openbox v8s 4g dongle issue

i recently bought the openbox v8s receiver and i also bought a 4g huawei E8278 to use with the receiver.

however today i tried to set it up and i press active but the setup option would not come up.

i am unsure of what to do as i was told this box was compatible with 3g mobile usb

can anyone help me regarding this please

3G is not 4G.
This box doesn't support 4G.
