loss of channels

hi all having a strange problem on two of my f5s boxes missing all sports channels except bt and box nation also random movie channels missing . i have done new channel list and reset factory settings and still no good bount to be something simple but just cant work it out any info greatly appreciated , know list works and dish also no line all good as i have an old f5 which is working fine.

Hi. By redoing factory settings you probably will lose many channels as a lot of factory frequencies tend to be incorrect/out of date etc. have you tried a blind scan to see how many channels you pick up??

done all the usual blind scans, just weird missing sports 1 and 2 ,3 and the movies prem and action and a few other random channels ,
