OPENBOX V5 help please?

In an attempt to upgrade my tp list this morning I have deleted the channel list - downloaded latest AJ list - tried to upgrade by USB - however each time I do this it says in the info - file not found - I obviously have no channels either now. HELP???
I have checked spelling of file etc.. Formatted USB to FAT32 .

Firstly you must make sure that the TP_Prog.dbs file has been correctly extracted using a programme such as WinRar and that it has also not been renamed with e.g. (1) after the name due to the existence of previous downloads of the same file. Also possibly you are not placing a tick on the selected or highlighted TP_Prog.dbs file when you are performing the upgrade. Merely highlighting the file that you want to upgrade is not sufficient - it must have a tick placed next to it by using the appropriate coloured button or by using the OK button on your remote control for the file to be properly selected.
