openbox v5s keeps loading wont start up

Hi I am new to this got v5s put it on last night and it says loading then it loads 1 to 100 then goes off then starts again 1 to 100 and is still doing it any one got any ideas or should I just stamp on it Thanks

unscrew coax to box while it loads up then screw it back on,
also plug straight into socket if you can no plug adapter

There are 2 common reasons for this.

Could be a short circuit in the LNB cable. Try removing the F plug, cutting the end off the cable, redoing it & refit the plug.

Might also be due to a failing mains adapter. If you have another one with the same voltage (12v), with +ve to centre pin, & rated at 2A or more, then try that.
