openbox missing channels

hi guys i have an openbox and a lot of channels are coming up scrambled even fta ones. Any ideas?

how old is your channel list,did they move??

tried a new channel list to no avail i moved the box to a different address and all the channels worked so it has to be internet speed or faulty lnb. i dont have my satellite meter to test the dish at the moment. i did a speed test on the internet and it only returned 4.5 mbs download speed so im thinking this could be the issue....cheers guys

The internet won't affect the fta channels.

Hi If its a faulty LNB/alignment you will get a no signal message. If you dont get even the free channels then its not the internet . Do you get scrambled channels??

Which FTA channels are showing "scrambled"?

There's something strangely wrong somewhere if you are getting that message on FTA channels. This needs to be sorted out first, before trying to obtain the "other" channels.

Hi Are you on the correct satellite?? FTA channels should never come up as scrambled unless frequeuncy is used for scrambled channel on different satellite.
