Why always sky sports 1????

Why is it that sports 1 ALWAYS scrambles and comedy????? all other paid for are fine and i can watch sky sports sometimes BUT it start to scramble more often then not does my head in. I was told its when it busy at match days can be issue but i am just watching this morning and the bloody thing has gone
Is it something i am doing wrong???

Try another $ky Sports channel freq, use the King of Sat website to get the freq then do a TP_list scan, you'll find the new channels at the end of your channel list.

Many thanks i have tried this and for the life of me cant seem to work out how to do it on my FS5 box...I am with EMX supposedly best supplier out there
