stuck on load

can anyone help
my v8s is stuck on load after a channel upgrade anyone any ideas how to resolve this

Hi It could be a corrupt firmware or channel list..You could try this:
1) Switch off box completely.
2) Remove LNB cable from back of receiver.
3) Turn on box and see if it reboots. If it boots re-insert LNB cable and see if channels work
4) You can also try to keep your finger on channel up/down button as its booting up.

Tried everything you suggested none work

Hi It could be a corrupt firmware or channel. When you upgraded the channel list did it complete ok?? Leave it switched off for about 30 mins and see if it comes back. Otherwise you may need an RS232 null cable to reinstall the firmware.
