a few quick noob questions

Hi guys it's my 1st post for a few years since the nagra3 switch over 😨😨😨
Ive done some searching about and the v5s seems to be the cheapest no frills way forward.

My questions are

1. is it best to start with a preloaded box with 12 months cheeseburgers Or just the box and set it up myself?

2.what's a fair price to get preconfigured box or 12 months on its own

3.is the best amazon the place to go
