missing channels

hi all
have read all the posts on this above and done what they said 2 do but still have some channels missing have all sports only 1 film the rest r missing no kids have the doc can anyone help when i do a tp scan where do the new channels go when i look in all channels there is only 1 of that channel there?
please help

Upload one of the channel lists then you should be ok & have all the channels back

Or do a manual scan on your box

did all that but still the same only 1 film no kids and no doc but all sports cant get my head around it at all

Delete the old channel list 1st
sounds like you have not uploaded the list correctly

If you delete the old channel list then reboot the box....it will have NoCH displayed on the box after a reboot
then load a channel list from the link

yes did that but still no good LOST need help

Hi Forget a channel list and try doing a blind scan and see what you get..

When you say lost....do you mean there not in the channel list ??

or

there .....in the list but you cannot get a picture

If i understand you correct press the FAV button the choose what you want in the list
also what box do you have ??

good news got them back did a new channel list and added a 2nd line whent throught all the channwls that were off with the first line took the 2nd line off put the first line back on and everything worked 1 happy man also added my 7 day epg thanks 4 all ur help everybody
