Openbox V8s Problem

hi all,
just purchased the above box and in the process of setting it up, but for love or joy cannot get it sorted
cline states is offline
cannot connect to the youtube app
connected via ethernet direct to router weather app fine so is you~~~~( testing purpose hones)

any pointers in the right direction would be appreciated

As the internet works, there isn't anything wrong with the Sat box or router, it looks like something you have already mentioned has expired or incorrectly installed, unfortunately it's against forum rules to discuss c/s or lines, the best advice is to contact the person who supplied your subscription.
