Can the skybox f5s do the motor side of thing or just uk

Hello all I had a spiderbox but bust so my mate gave me his skybox f5s but it only has one satalite in the menu 28e. I used my spiderbox for different sats is there anyway this skybox can do the same. If so what software will I need and where do I download it from kind regards lee

works even with the original firmware.
I use mine in the colonies with a motor/fixed dish all the time.
You just have to get into the settings and change from no motor to motorized and the type.I use diseqc setting.
Add sats manually to the sat list.I had to.

If you have AJ's list on the box.......All the sat's are already on your box the sat's just need scanning for the channels

It can but you can only store 4-5 sat;s on the old F3's then the memory is full (F5s may hold more)

Use USALS the automatic satellite search already installed on the box
just find your Long & lat and enter them in the box

I used a f5 on motor but they only hold about 5000 channels so you have to do a lot of deleting. As I remember there are no channel list to download you will have to make your own

No need to make a channel list just scan each sat you want...then if you want to save it so you can amend any future changes easy
