x5 channell update

I have bought a second hand open box X5 to put in another room and i have got it all working but require to get the channell list updates as my skybox f5s. Movie all wrong no Eurospoort ect but i am unable to find a updated list anywhere can anybody please point me in the way to sort this

No one seems to be updating the channel list for that box any more.
