hi I've always been able to add a new channel list but for some reason I'm unable to do this now I've read forums and followed instructions thinking I'm doing something wrong I've even reset my box to factory and still unable to put the list in and now I have to input the channels manually any one have any ideas on how it can be done all help much appreciated thanks

Look in the General Satellite section for the channel list for your receiver, it's in the Red stickies section
