    French (non) connection

Having a nightmare down here in France. Using an F5 Skybox, brought from the UK. We are living on a French campsite, which provides wireless access for 2 devices. Last year when I used it I had to input a password provided at the time of purchasing the internet. This year, when I have set it all up, I am getting a message that the internet signal is 'open'.....all well and good, but can't access any encrypted signals. Just to try something, I set it up to log into a neighbours internet....straight away I was taken to the Skybox setup screen and asked for passwords etc.

Obviously, I can't ask the ISP for help....anyone on here got any suggestions??

    Cheers in advance?

Brodev.....thanks for that, but it does not cover my problem. I had the Skybox working ok last year, but it appears the ISP has changed something, which is not allowing me to input a password, which I did last year, and everything was good!
