usb not highlighted

Hi can anyone solve this one lost movies and sound dumped channel list
downloaded ajs channel list (Thank you aj ) only to find my upgrade by usb is not
highlighted dump and remove by usb r also not highlighted its a v5s
off ebay 24 months gift lasted 6 thanks

Hi the box is not seeing the USB what is the usb formatted to Fat32 or NTSC ??
