hi hope someone can help so recently i turned on open box and all the movie channels werent there and instead there was challenge tv with no sound , so i m told delete channel list and do a single satttelite search right thats great , but then all my favourite channels are gone , im told the latsest ajsatchannel list will put all channels into categories but this isnt the case for me ,still no favorites and are all still jumbled up and also no inforemation on the EPG on some channels , oh i also changed the tp list on the movie channels still no joy any advice greatly appreciated ..........?????

Make sure all the channels on the box has been deleted, once deleted reset the box.
Put the channel list on the box without doing a satellite scan, once installed press info straight away to see if the channel list is installed successfully.
Exit all the way and then reboot the box
Channels should be on and in order, I find this channel list better
