Help with missing movies

Hi looking for some help, lost channels carried out a blind scan and updated channel list but still missing,when i do a single tp search on 11934v i think it is not finding channels from sat,any ideas on how to resolve please,thanks

I have deleted channel list carried out a blind scan of satellites and uploaded new list,still cannot get a lot of channels any ideas to fix would be appreciated,thanks

U sure there's only one channel list on usb stick , if u add another it calls it (1) and box will not see it

Yeah only 1 channel list,I think the problem is if I do a tp search on 19933 or 19934 it does not find any programmes so a lot of channels are not showing.

Hi It could be your dish is out of alignment. When you did the blind scan how many channels did it find as there should be around 700 or more channels. If dish is not lined up correctly its pointless doing scans or loading channel lists as it wont work.
You can check for signal quality by going into installation and select a valid TP and see if it gives you a signal.

When I do a scan of 28a it finds most channels and at approx 86% it starts failing,I take this is why a lot of channels are missing,dish has not been touched and I'm getting a good signal on other channels,tried new channel list and blind scan,not sure what to do now.
