Skybox V6 - Free gift gone

Can anyone help, my boys reset my skybox back to factory setting and now my free gift to view all the channels has gone?

Sorry pal, but due to the forum rules on such matters, the best advice would be follow what P&D posted in your other thread ie contact your supplier.
