Tv was working fine last night internet speed was low so rang vm to sort speed issue out which they did when ive come bk in for work ive got no signal not even free channels internet all working xxxx working any ideas snr says 10% but will that jst be because i have no sigal thanks

Would you need a sigal for free channels they always work normally when xxxx is down

The FTA channels should work without any internet connection.

There must be a problem with your satellite dish/LNB/cable. Has anyone been "playing" with the box while you weren't there? Has the LNB cable been plugged into the LOOP connector. Is the LNB power still set to "on" in the menu?

Yes lmb is set to on no one been nxt to box there is a tree in front of dish as well that might be the cause....

Should the snr show more than 10% even if i have no channels working at the minute

Hi. You should get a strong signal from your cable/LNb even if you dont get a signal from satellite. There are usually two types of signals one from LNB/cable and one from a frequency reading from satellite. You need to get the LNB signal otherwise the satellite signal wont be picked up. Even if you have a tree in front as this will only stop the satellite signal but not LNB. I dont think its your tree as if it was working yesterday ... Your best bet is to concentrate on the cable aand make sure its connected properly.

Aerial dude pluged line in meter said it was 100%

Im running out of ideas now tried ethernet all kinds not getting freeview also got to be dish or internet wifi working fine also

Try putting a new channel list on it see what that does ??

Strange one, right forget wifi/ethernet/internet this isn't require for free to air channels.

Do you have twin cable feeds coming from the Sat dish? If you do try one cable then the other.

Other thing to try is delete all your channels and do a blind scan and see what it finds.
