Box won't come on

Hi guys my box all of a sudden had stopped working! I've taken the plug out several times but the box turns on but freezes on L100 and screen is blank. Any suggestions?

Hi Shaun thanks for the reply I downloaded it from skybox cc instead it's back on however when I scanned for channels the satellite comes up as eurosatalat instead of sky UK but channels are all working! Any problem with that guys?

Hi It dont make any difference what the satellite name is called - you can rename them to what you like buts its always best to have their position in the name ie 28.2 E etc especially if you have a motor. You could always delete all channels and rescan using correct name.
