F5 multi sat channel list

HI,

A friend as a f5 and I need a multi sat channel list, if there is one or any pointers with this box would be good.

Or is it a do it your self thing with these?

I am afraid its a do it yourself thing, these types of receivers where primarily purchased for just a fixed 28.2? east basic box and that is why there are plentiful lists for them
