Channle List for Openbox X5

Does anybody have a upto date channel list for the X5?
Really am struggling to find a channel list that is upto date

This question has been post quite regularly on the forum and unfortunately the answer seems to be that aj's and others haven't updated the X5/F6 list for sometime, the best bet is to do what P&D posted in this thread.

yeah, i don't fancy writting off afew hours deleting dead and duplicate channels
Was hoping somebody might have a upto date list and was willing to share it
