open box v5s channel list help needed

Hi just wondering if anyone can help I recently updated channel list from a j sat site since that all my channels are showing as scrambled apart from freeview can anyone help me please

Unfortunately help will be limited due to the forum rules on such matters.

Restart both your router and v5s and then test your internet via the weather app or see if your xmltv epg will date.

If you have fta channels and your internet works then problem elsewhere, contact your provider.
