OK channels list can be found at the top of this forum in the red stickies section either aj's or cwaite's both do the same thing just the channel numbering is different.

loaded it up it comes up on the box nochn

just tried this tp prog tick by it newcam list tick by it still wont have it

No, go to either aj's or cwaite's channel list thread and follow instructions on the thread on how to install it.

downloaded the channel list they are all there one problem o% signal on any channel

stumped now

Check that the satellite cable is securely connected into the LNB plug on the back of the box and not the LOOP plug.

If that's ok then power off the box and restart, see if that makes a difference.
