can any1 help im trying to download new channel list but when I click on download nothing happening and its in my downloads file im using windows 8.1???

Sorry buddy but have you read your question its double dutch buddy....???
I understand your trying to download a channel list that it ??
If its a channel list off DK you need to unpack it with Winrar or Winzip
Once unpacked load the file to a use stick
and then load it on to the box
What box do you have
