box stuck in load loop

when I flash my F3 box and get to upgrade erom_upgrade_8Mflash.rar and click next comes up wrong file can any one help

I don't understand why you are selecting "erom_upgrade_8Mflash.rar". At what point are you selecting this file...and why?

If you are selecting it when you click on the "Browse" button, then you select the firmware (.abs file) for your box.

It says to get my box out of load loop I need to flash it with erom_upgrade_8Mflash

Just run the EromUpgrade program. Tick "include bootloader". Click on "Browse" & navigate to where you have downloaded the firmware for your box. Click on "Next".
