WebTV file anyone?

Does anybody have a decent WebTV file that actually works?

Would love to be able to watch some BeIN Sports or something similar without loading up the Droid box.

As per the thread title, I just wondered if it's possible to edit a channel list and add an iptv/streaming link as a channel entry? Are these boxes capable of playing back streams like this? eg. MP4?
