help with F5 please

I have 2 of these in mine and last week updated channel list as ive done many times before
box 1 is working fine on all channels
but box 2 has loads of still scrambled channels for eg sky showcase works fine but none other movie channel works ?
signal is there but stays scrambled
any help would be much appreciated
