I just tried updating the EPG and it's came up with "EPG Decompress failed! Please check disk free volum" I don't understand why it's not updating?

you need to update the firmware on your box....

Just to warn you, if you have a f5s then the update will fix the problem you describe but reintroduce the 'summertime' bug. Our Chinese overseers at skybox.cc don't seem to be in a rush to fix this issue as their latest v8s box works perfectly.
