skybox f5 scrambled issues

Hi Guys. I have a skybox f5. it works great in my house. I brought it to a friends house to test on his setup. it briefly works and after a few minutes says scrambled and stays that way. we tested it using his smartphone as the internet source and it works fine. from this I assume the satellite dish is ok and its his home internet giving the problems. perhaps a firewall issue? he bought a skybox and that doesn't work either but works fine in my house and in his house going through his smartphone hotspot. he has UPC as his ISP. I use SKY.

Connect the box to his setup the re-boot the router the switch the box on

that should sort it

Shouldn't make a difference what ISP you use
make sure DCPH is switch on in the settings if not switch on & apply
