Lost all Channels on Skybox

Hi,

Can anyone Help me, Was watching sky sports yesterday on Skybox, nipped out for an hour and when I came
back lost all channels, only ones I can now view are the freeview channels.

I've tried updating with numerous channel lists and still have the message scrambled.

Is this the end of my Skybox or is a new channel update available?

Unfortunately due to the forum rules on c/s help will be very basic.

This isn't a fault with a channel list and there's nothing faulty with your box, something on your box has run out/expired/switch off, best contact your provider.

These things are not forever, you must understand how things to get any benefits. You should talk to your people because they are the one to help you otherwise you need to start all over again
