Openbox f5S problem

I have had this box for over 1 year no problems ran like a dream when im watching any sly channel it freezes and says scrambled for around 5 seconds and plays again this is like a continues loop.
Updated to latest firm ware
Updated latest aj TP_PROG
Internet broadband is all working pk

Any pointers i could try to resolve this issue would b much apprechiated.

Yeah all standard channels work fine.

I have tried wifi and also wired still encounter this problem.

Its the part we cannot hep you with by the sounds of it...where you get your tv from contact them tell them the problem

Or you could reboot everything......router/home plugs/box switch them all off
then back on start with the route wait till its running /them home plugs if you have them/then the box

See if this fixes it

If not contact you know who....its down to them mate or the box is knacked
