skybox f5s hazzy/blurred

Hi Guys

I have skybox f5s and using ajs channel list.When i press ok button on remote

to bring up menu eg 1.Entertainment 2.Lifestyle...etc etc the writing looks

slightly blurred/hazzy.I have this box year and half and no probs and this happened

yesterday after channel list update.Ive tried reboot and reload of firmware and channel list.

Ive also tried different hdmi lead.

Any ideas??Thanks in advance

Is the video output on 720p or 1080? Press the vformat button on the remote a few times.
