Hi my box is connected and showing as online but it freezes after watching it for about 30 seconds. Please help

I take it this freezing only occurs on premium channels and free to air channels are OK?
If this is the case it sounds like perhaps someone at your end is hogging the internet ie kids streaming iPlayer or downloading files? If this isn't the case then perhaps the other end is overloaded/oversubscribed.
Wish I could help more but the forum rules on c/s limit what can be discussed.
