Delete the extra entry - it will only let you store each transponder once. Although it can sometimes be tricked by slightly changing frequency or SR, it is best to delete the dupe.

Yes, but you'll be doing a new full scan on that TP so should pick any channels that were working previously.

it says no need to do any scanning though just change the tp numbers in old channel to the new tp and save and it comes back on ... but get already exists so nothing happns the bit about deleting the extra entry/dupe first is where i'm a bit lost with

The BT Sport HD channels have just moved to that frequency, there were NO channels on it before, so any entry for that frequency in your channel list are not in use, so can be deleted. You then change the frequency for the old BT Sport HD transponder to the new Frequency and your BT Sport HD is back. If that's too complicated, then look for a channel list to download.

Don't go deleting transponders at random or you could lose channels, just the 11386 V

              Try this TP_Prog TP_PROG_29_08_15.rar

was hoping i could enter the new tp digits into old non working channels and would work of the bat save scanning then editing and moving them back from sat list into faves all the time in General to get individual channels back on (not just this channel) ... , ok mate cheers.
