openbox v8s no signal help

Hi I am new to this hope someone can help me. I have an openbox v5s working in living room no problems what so ever. I purchased a v8s which arrived today fully loaded. I disconnected the v5s and plugged in the v8s once box loaded the no signal appeared tried bbc channels etc same message appears. Box correctly wired up cable is in the lnb port and not loop etc.

Have you tried a factory reset? Goto factory settings ok on yes then press blue
then reload a channel list, looks like your file might not have been sent to the box correct. Bbc should be there though
