Keep losing my channels

Hi guys
My channels keep egging if you get me then i have to turn box off at the wall then on again to work.... any idea please??? when they are scrambled the details sig etc program info all work and the free to view channels.

What box you got? My f5s box everytime i switch it on atm gets no signal, have to unplug the internet then plug it bk in for it to work. Must be a bug.

Its defo a bug just switched mine off when it was working fine, switched bk on no singal, yet im updating the epg atm. Got to be some kind of glitch.

Still doing it the way round it, is keep updating the epg when you switch it on, seems to work saves unpluging it . There has to be a fix soon.
