    new setup

    do i have to have the box connected to the router for the channel lists to work? as currently getting a lot of new channels saying scrambled?

    Yes you need to be connected to the router. Either via wireless, ethernet cable or home plugs

      For the channel list to work you just need to load it on the box which it sounds like you have do you have any $ channels working ??
      are the FTA working / BBC /ITV
      If free to air are working & $ channels are not
      the channel list will not decode the channels with the $ on them even with the the internet connected

      Your missing a part that needs to be to loaded on the box what does this.......

      Plz don't ask about the part you are missing because its against the forum rules......Google should help you find what you need

      Just as a hint most call it a fr^^ g^^t which makes me laugh because its not free

      Don't mean to sound out of order.......but if people researched things before buying you wouldn't be asking the question
      you would know what makes it works there are enough posts on DK about this subject
