V8s openbox programmes 1 hours behind

i would appreciate if someone could please point me in the right direction
i purchased a V8s openbox Saturday all seems good but i have 1 problem i have noticed its the programmes in the epg list they are playing 1 hour behind for some reason and the the time at the top of the main screen is also showing 1 hour behind is there anyway this can be resolved
i have all my family moaning at me because it took me ages to convince the wife into pruchasing this box ,,please note im only a novice i have no experience with these things at all and dont really want to be messing in settings and causing more problems,,your help would be much appreciated,thanks Lee

You need to download and install the latest firmware.

Download from here;

Then use a program call 'WinRar' on your PC to uncompress the downloaded file into a .abs file

All you need to follow is steps 1 to 11 and only place the downloaded image file on the USB stick
