    lost connection

    hi all my new skybox v8s keeps losing connection with my xxxxx when i ckeck it says offline so then i have 2 go in and reset it it does this every few hours
    any help please

      Contact your xxxxx to see if they are aware of any problems, if they are not try and get a test from someone else, if the problem doesn't happen with someone else then the problem is with your xxxxx, if the problem continues with someone else then the box is faulty, send it back for a replacement.
