Well , this has got me stumped . I was watching as normal this morning all fine , all channels present and correct . went out and came back and box is showing no channels at all except radio when I select " all " 0n the left hand menu . Every single channel has gone from favourites , all it shows is a full screen pic of Ironman and " 0001 Chnl Line-up " . I have re booted a number of times and tried to install Cwaites channel list a number of times but to no avail . When on the " burnflash " stage it goes to 3 or 4% at the normal pace and then shoots up to 100% . Still the same screen shows . Any ideas ? I am following the correct procedure to install the channel list as I have done it many times , I have no idea what could have happened

I'm officially a bellend . I had knocked the TV/radio switch on the remote when I put it on the table . -
