It does save a bit of time this way, but if they can't update their database with the latest lists quickly, then it's not much use if your missing your favourite channel due to a frequency change.
Agree with you downloaded the Cwaite list and it's not in the order of the original releaser. Hope they keep the same epg listing.

This is awesome news for the skybox range.
I'm sure it will get better with the updates.
Makes it an easy box to use

Anyone who has upgraded to the new firmware having any issues where the box freezes and the only way to get it to respond is take the power lead off and back in again?

Never had this issue with the old firmware this has only started to happen when i upgraded to this firmware.

        Thanks

I suppose it depends on how inconvenient updating the channel list is for you using a USB memory stick. Just checked again today & the latest channel lists are still not there yet! Can't understand why they are not up to date?

Also, if your firmware is very old, it may not have the XMLTV fix which, after the clocks change soon, will hopefully not have the 1 hour difference any more.

You can check your firmware by looking at the software ver. in menu > tools > information.

TP_PROG files have been updated on this now, TP_PROG_Ireland_20151012 is AJ's list from 30-09-2015, so i presume TP_PROG_Uk_20151012 is Cwaites but cant confirm this....

This new firmware isn't available for the F3.

Just installed the UK channel list & it's not CWAITE's list this time. It starts on ch1 (so not sky numbered) & it's not AJ's. There are a lot of "no name" channels and number channels in the list, like you get when you do your own scan, so don't know where it has come from.

EDIT...just found that channel 599 says that it's AJ's list 12/9/15. So it looks like it's the AJ 12/9/15 list that has just been blind scanned.
