help required v8s

i've just downloaded AJs channel list for my v8s its on the memory stick when i try to put it on the box it says file not found when go into info on my v8s the problem maybe that I'm downloading file on to my mac air if so is there any programs that will open this file so i can burn it onto my v8s never had a problem on my windows laptop

Have you unzipped it and put into the root of a formatted (FAT32) USB stick and ensured there's no other USB stick inserted for the XMLTV EPG?

cut and paste the file onto a formatted usb drive then upgrade by usb option change your selection though to misc instead of image then select the file and press yellow button on remote then press info once updated to see if been success. you will need to do a reboot after this for your channels to update. hope this helps.

just an updated on whats happened if your trying to use a mac for channel lists don't bother use windows instead used nephews windows laptop and I'm all back up and running .....now to tackle my cloud ibox 2 plus as its went into boot mode !!!!!!

I use a mac (mini) and don't have any problems but I save directly to memory stick.
