Try
1. Disconnect the other box and see if that makes any difference.
2. Swap the boxes over and see if that makes any difference.

Swapped both boxes around pal tried them other one works perfect with same fw an channel list but this one was working fine then just no signal tried everything deleting everything new update full format can't think of owt else

So the good box works no problems with the same firmware and channel lists in both locations, the bad box with the same firmware and channel list won't work in either location, if this is correct then it sound like the box is knackered, as you've just bought it I would return for a full refund, just remember to remove a certain config file first.

If only Horizontally Polarised channels are affected it could be a faulty LNB or the box not switching polarity correctly. Are both boxes using the same dish?

If you bought off ebay or Amazon.......Don't tell the seller you updated the box.....Or your stuck with it

Once you change the channel list your screwed.......you've used the item & its not in original condition = NO REFUND OR SWAP

All I told the seller was it had gone faulty and what's best boxes to get these days I've always been skybox openbox
