Seperate feed from LNB

Hi all just wondered if it is possible to run 2 sat boxes off 1 LNB feed ? Meaning some kind of powered or whatever switchbox . Will it work ? If so what is the name of the switch ?

no each box tuner needs its own feed from lnb.

Thanks, I assume you could have a box which has two feeds to it then two feeds out but be able too control which feed is active.

you can run 2 receivers from a single feed but the main connected receiver would need to be in standby if using a 'Loop' feed into another box for the second receiver to work.

you could always use an A/B switch again only one box will work at once, as cactikid stated really both receivers should have there own feed directly from the LNB
