openbox f5s some channels scrambled only with****

hi

i am having a issue with one of my openbox f5s,when using a****most of the documentary channels are scrambled and all of the kids channels,also some others.

i have tried the **** in a different box and it works fine! plus if i use a**** on the f5s all the channels work fine.

i dont understand how only some of the paid channels are working when using a **** on this box.

i have tried entering the *****manually and also as a ***** and also in the*****part,plus i have tried different firmware and channel lists but its still the same! but ****work perfectly


can someone please help? i have never seen this happen before its really strange
