Skybox F3 No Signal Issues

Having a problem with a friends Skybox F3. Recently had problems with internet and once BT fixed it some channels have started to show No Signal! BBC works but BBC3 doesn't. ITV is also not working but the +1 channel is.

I've read through some forum posts about satellite and antenna issues but box seems to be fine for all these.

It won't have anything to do with your internet connection, as BBC & ITV1 are FTA channels.

Have you got the latest channel list installed?

If you try to watch BBC3 during the day, it should show CBBC.

I had updated channel list prior to internet issue and again after wards. BBC3 was no signal but BBC4 was showing CBeebies as it should but only on SNR of about 20% fluctuating.
