F3s problem

Hi you all lovely peeps out there.
I have a small problem on my mates Skybox F3s which is not decoding frequency 11.264 27500H.
Only getting sound but no video. Other box works fine with that freq. Changed the lnb setting to 10.750 but no joy.
Any solution. Thanks

Horizontal or Vertical frequency as that frequency band is carried on both

Is it every single channel on that TP that gives this problem?

There was a problem with some channels having sound but no picture, which required a firmware update a year or 2 ago. It affected the following channels:-

Baby TV
GEO UK
Sony Max
Boxnation
Adult channel
Playboy TV
Star Gold
H2
CI+1

I notice that 3 of those channels are on that transponder you mention.

@digicon...it's the H transponder (after 27500).
